OPERATION
The day-to-day operation of ENERGOSETI KZ LLP is governed by the General Director of the Company (the sole executive body).
Operational management of the Company is carried out by ENERGOSETI KZ LLP sole executive body (the Chief Executive Officer) and collective executive body (the Management Board).
The Company’s executive bodies are accountable to ENERGOSETI KZ LLP Board of Directors and the General Shareholders Meeting.
